This project aims to develop an innovative methodology and TRL 6 prototype for an intelligent safety solution in Human-Robot Collaboration environments. Leveraging 3D LiDAR and Deep Learning, the system will detect and recognize static and dynamic scene elements in real-time, including humans. Real-time human behavior analysis will provide cognitive support by monitoring risks.
Our goal is compliance with standards such as ISO 13855, ISO 10218-2, and ISO/TS 15066 while enhancing process safety, efficiency, and flexibility. We will overcome the limitations of static safety measures by developing technology for identifying dynamic safety distances. Addressing security and resilience will ensure industrial applicability.
